sick of class search is a product i built for michigan state students to find classes, professors, and all of the reddit and ratemyprofessor reviews in one place.

the current behavior of class search is tedious and time-wasting. students need to open tens of tabs, from school grades to reddit, from school schedule to ratemyprofs, then students have to jump between tabs just to see which classes they should take.

that led me to start sick of class search.

in just 2 days, the first version was finished. i used the school's grades data through the side of msugrades, along with reddit and ratemyprofessor apis for class and professors reviews, and voila!

within just 24 hours of launch, the site saw 270 users, 1.5k+ site views, and hundreds of classes and profs searched. just one msu reddit post, and after that, zero marketing.

as of now, the site has 1.2k+ users, 10k+ views, and 1k+ classes and profs searched. i initially planned this to be just a site for students to research classes. but, since the site is so resourceful and helpful, according to a ton of feedback that i've received, i will soon add more features to help make college lives of the next classes of students easier.
