most early-stage founders don't fail because of ideas.

they fail because they can't build.

i saw this firsthand through a friend.

he had everything you’d want in a founder: clear vision, strong conviction, and the willingness to go all-in. but, he couldn’t code.

he tried working around it.

tools like replit or lovable helped him get a prototype out. but it wasn't enough. the product was filled with mock data and couldn't actually function in the real world.

he reached out to several people, asking if they wanted to join forces, only to realize that he might have to give up a lot of equity.

he then thought about a short-term, freelance solution. however, a hire on fiverr or upwork would cost him a ton of money upfront, and the long-term use of the product wouldn't be guaranteed.

bro got stuck.

so i built doorians lab

to help highly determined, hungry, early-stage, non-technical founders build real products in exchange for equity.

no upfront cash, no oversized equity asks. just aligned incentives.

my team and i so far have been working with 5 clients in the united states and vietnam, as well as taking on some short-term projects from a few companies and agencies.

still early, still building, but growing with a clear goal of making it easier for the right founders to start.
